Meizu Lucky 08 Unveiled with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, 1.5K OLED Display, and Massive 6,000mAh Battery

Meizu has officially announced the Meizu Lucky 08 in China. The phone is now listed on their website with a starting price of CNY 1599 or around $220. The device comes in Meteorite Black and Star White color variants and offers 8GB+256GB / 12GB+256GB / 12GB+512GB storage options.

The phone has dimensions of 77.49mm x 162.99mm x 8.60mm and weighs about 202 grams. The device is crafted with Meizu’s Titan Shield Architecture with Star Track Technology Aesthetics design and durability.

The display features a 6.78-inch Tianma U8 luminous material and boasts a 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED Display, 5000 nits Peak Brightness, and a 144Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor paired with an Adreno 710 GPU. The device runs on Android 14 with Flyme AIOS on top.

For the camera, it has a 108MP Samsung HM6 OIS main camera plus a 2MP C2519 Macro lens. For selfies, it sports a punch-hole 8MP SC820CS selfie shooter.

For the battery, the Meizu Lucky 08 has a massive 6,000 mAh capacity and supports 33W fast charging.

Additionally, the device features Wet Hand Touch, AI Power Button, Dual stereo speakers, an under-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 5, and more.
