The iQOO 13 features have been unveiled, showcasing a powerful combination of performance and innovative features. Vice President of Vivo Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, Jia Jingdong, revealed key specifications in a Weibo post, setting the stage for a highly competitive launch.
“Everyone should know that iQOO 13 will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest generation of Snapdragon flagship platform. I have seen news online that it will be named: Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform. From the indicators, whether it is CPU, GPU or NPU, the latest generation of Snapdragon flagship processors are close to “PC-level configuration”. iQOO 13 has reached an unprecedented “performance beast” in terms of performance “hard indicators”, so this time I will focus more on performance-related topics.”

iQOO 13 Features
One notable feature of the iQOO 13 is its powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm. This chip promises significant advancements in CPU, GPU, and NPU performance, achieving a level of capability comparable to that of PCs. Vivo and Qualcomm have collaborated to optimize this chipset for both performance and efficiency.
The iQOO 13 incorporates advanced tuning features, including performance allocation tuning to adjust CPU and GPU frequencies based on usage scenarios. It also employs a sophisticated heat dissipation system with multi-layer graphene and a 7K ultra-large VC heat spreader. The device is further equipped with a self-developed gaming chip, the Q2, which supports PC-level 2K texture super-resolution and native 144FPS gaming performance.
The iQOO 13 features a 2K Q10 Everest display, developed in collaboration with China-based BOE. This display is designed to deliver superior brightness and color accuracy while minimizing power consumption. Recent reports have revealed that it will have a 6.82-inch flat OLED panel that offers a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It also offers the world’s first OLED circularly polarized light eye protection technology, reducing eye fatigue during prolonged use.
For cameras, the phone sports a 50MP IMX921 1/1.56 main sensor, a 50 MP IMX 826 normal telephoto camera with 2X optical zoom, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor.
For the battery, the iQOO 13 packs a 6,150mAh capacity with 120W charging support, utilizing third-generation silicon negative electrode technology to maintain a thin and lightweight design. The device runs on the latest OriginOS 5 for China ROM while the global variants suggest FuntouchOS 15.
Additionally, the iQOO 13 is equipped with symmetrical war drum master dual speakers and a large-sized 1016H motor for haptics. It also features a single-point Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and supports NFC, IR blaster, and IP68 rating.

iQOO 13 Launch Date and Availability
According to the video advertisement for the iQOO 13 phone, it will launch on October 30th, 4:00 PM at Shenzhen Bay Sports Center “Spring Cocoon” Gymnasium in China. However, the global launch of the phone, including in India, is expected in the first week of December.
