Oppo A5 Pro 5G: Dimensity 7300, 50MP camera, IP69 rating, Massive 6,000mah battery

Oppo has recently launched the Oppo A5 Pro 5G in China with a starting price of CNY 1,999. The phone is now available to order in China while the availability in the Philippines has no words yet. here’s the price of the phone in every storage variant.

Oppo A5 Pro 5G Features

One notable feature of the phone is supported by IP68/69 rating for water and dust resistance that can survive in any environmental situations. The back panel comes with a marble design and circular camera island.

It measures 161.5 x 74.9 x 7.6 mm and weighs 180 grams. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 while the back panel has crystal shield glass protection. The phone comes in Black, Purple, Red, and White colorways.

The Oppo A5 Pro 5G sports a 6.7 inch FHD+ quad curved AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, 2412 x 1080 resolution, and up to 1200 nits peak brightness. Additionally, the screen features high PWM dimming with up to 2160Hz for eye protection.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 octa-core chipset with Arm Mali-G615 GPU. The memory offers 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage.

For the main camera, it uses a 50MP f/1.98 OIS sensor, a 2MP mono camera, and an LED flash, while on the front is a 16MP selfie shooter. The phone is running on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 skin on top.

For the battery, it uses a massive 6,000mAh capacity and is supported by USB-C 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging. The company claims it can last up to 5 years of battery health.

For connectivity, features include dual SIM with dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 5 (2.4GHz/5GHz), NFC, and OPPO’s Hunter Antenna Architecture for improving the signals.

Other features include dual stereo speakers (300% volume) and an under-display fingerprint scanner.
