In February, the Vivo V50 arrived in the Philippines, and afterward, the company announced another addition to the V50 series: the Vivo V50 Lite 4G and 5G variant. The report, posted on Vivo’s Philipine website, indicated the phone’s key features and imminent PH launch. The Vivo V50 Lite 4G recently launched in Türkiye alongside its sibling, the Vivo V50 5G.
Vivo V50 Lite 5G Key Features
Last month, leakers shared some certifications, including SGS and TDR certifications, confirming the existence of the Vivo V50 Lite in both 4G and 5G models. The phone launched earlier in Turkey; however, it has also been spotted on Vivo’s Philippine website, indicating an imminent Philippine launch.
One of the V50 Lite’s main features is its massive 6500mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W fast charging. The design is almost identical to the V50, with a circular camera island on the back panel and a circular LED flash below.
The phone sports a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, and 2392×1080 resolution at 387 ppi. The display reaches 1800 nits peak brightness and features SGS Low Blue Light Certification.
The 5G model is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor with an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, while the 4G model uses a Snapdragon 685. The device runs Android 15 with FuntouchOS 15 and has 8GB/256GB of memory and storage.
The camera features a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS + 2MP depth sensor, and the front houses a 32MP punch-hole selfie shooter. Other features include an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, artificial intelligence, and dual stereo speakers with 400% volume.
