OnePlus has added a new variant to the Ace 5 series, the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra Edition, alongside the Ace 5 Racing Edition. These devices are now available for purchase in China via the Oppo Shop website.
OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra Edition Details
The phone sports a 6.83-inch curved OLED display with 1.5K (2800 x 1272) resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate with a Lingxi touch chip. The display reaches up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and uses high-frequency PWM dimming for eye protection.
The design is sleek and premium, featuring curved edges and a polished finish. It comes in black, blue, and titanium colorways.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ paired with the Immortalis G925 GPU. It runs on Android 15 with a ColorOS 15 skin on top and offers up to 3 years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security updates.
In terms of cameras, it houses a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens. On the front, it uses a 16MP Samsung sensor for selfies and video calls.
The battery packs a massive 6,700mAh capacity, featuring a new generation of silicon negative electrode battery technology. A 100W Super Flash Charge is also included.
Other features include a Wi-Fi G1 chip for improved connectivity, a self-developed “Fengchi Game Core” to enhance gaming experience, and options for 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB to 1TB of storage.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra Edition is now available for purchase in China, starting at CNY 2,499 for the 12GB/256GB storage variant and up to CNY 3,799 for the 16GB/1TB variant. Currently, the phone is exclusive to China; availability in other regions is yet to be confirmed.
