Xiaomi Officially Launches Redmi Note 15 Series in the Philippines

Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi Note 15 series in the Philippines, adding five new smartphones to its local lineup, including 4G and 5G variants as well as Pro and Pro+ models. The launch was streamed live on Xiaomi Philippines’ official Facebook page and featured popular Filipino group SB19 as the brand’s new ambassadors.

Redmi 15 Series Key Features

The Redmi Note 15 lineup places a strong emphasis on durability under what Xiaomi calls “Titan Tough.” Protection levels vary across the range, with the 4G model rated at IP64, the Pro 4G at IP65, and the 5G version upgraded to IP66. At the top end, the Pro 5G and Pro+ offer the highest level of protection, carrying full IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.

These models are TÜV SÜD–certified for water and dust resistance, while the entire series is SGS-certified with a five-star rating for durability, covering resistance to crushing, drops, and bending.

All variants in the series feature AMOLED displays. The Pro 5G and Pro+ models offer sharper 1.5K resolution panels, while the standard models, including the 4G version, retain Full HD+ resolution.

Powering the lineup are different chipsets across the range. The Redmi Note 15 5G is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, while the standard 4G model runs on the MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra. The Pro 4G variant uses the MediaTek Helio G200-Ultra, while the Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra. At the top end, the Pro+ is equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.

In the camera department, the Note 15 Pro series feature a new 200-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The Note 15 4G and 5G models are fitted with a 108-megapixel main camera.

All devices in the series are backed by large silicon-carbon batteries, which Xiaomi says are designed to maintain performance for up to five years of battery health endurance.
