Genshin Impact will roll out its Version 6.5 update on April 8 across PC, PlayStation, iOS, and Android, bringing a new playable character, additional map areas, and limited-time rewards from its latest livestream.
Leading the update is Linnea, a new 5-star Geo bow user. She is expected to introduce Lunar-Crystallize support mechanics, adding another option for players building Geo-focused teams. The patch will also include banner reruns, giving players another chance to pull previously released characters.
The update expands exploration with new areas in Nod-Krai, continuing the game’s ongoing regional content rollout.
During the Version 6.5 livestream on Youtube, HoYoverse released a set of redeemable codes worth up to 300 Primogems, along with other in-game materials. These codes remain available for a limited time and can be redeemed until March 30, 2026, at 12:00 AM EDT (UTC-4), which corresponds to 12:00 AM in North America (EDT), 6:00 AM in Europe (CET), 5:00 AM in the United Kingdom (GMT), and 12:00 PM in Asia (UTC+8).

Players can redeem the codes through the official redemption website or via the in-game settings menu. Rewards are sent through in-game mail shortly after redemption.
