Large Silicon‑Carbon Battery and Flagship MediaTek Chip
The phone comes with a massive 7,000 mAh silicon‑carbon battery, one of the largest batteries ever available in a foldable smartphone on the market. Compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which has only a 4,400 mAh capacity, it is slightly below the Honor Magic V6 with its 7,150 mAh capacity.

Previously, the battery was initially tipped with a typical 6,900 mAh capacity on the 3C certification in China, while official marketing materials state a 7,000 mAh capacity. This is roughly 15% larger than its predecessor, the X Fold 5.
Inside, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and paired with the Vivo V3+ imaging chip. The camera features a Zeiss 200MP Samsung S5KHPB sensor with OIS, which matches the early leak tipped by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao. Other camera details include a 50MP ultrawide Samsung S5KJN1, a 50MP periscope telephoto Sony LYTIA 602 with OIS and 100x digital zoom.

The display sports a 6.51‑inch AMOLED external screen with 2528 × 1120 resolution, 1–120 Hz LTPO refresh rate, and up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. The internal display has an 8.02‑inch foldable AMOLED panel, a 2504 × 2312 resolution, 1–120 Hz LTPO refresh rate, also up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and is protected by UTG glass.
