Was Wordle #1928 Hard Today?

Today’s puzzle uses a well known term that may feel tricky because of its letter order. Players who test vowels early should narrow it down quickly.

I first tried common opening words like CRANE and found C and A were in the word but not in the right positions. Next, I tried STARE and confirmed S was in the correct spot. On the third attempt, I used a word that gave me S, C, and U in the right spots but the other letters were not in the word. Then for the fourth attempt, I worked out the remaining letters and found the answer easily.
