Key Event & Product Highlights:
- Live Stream Access: Viewers can tune in via Xiaomi’s Weibo account or visit xiaomi website starting at 7 PM CST (4:30 PM IST) to watch the unveiling.
- Leica Camera Breakthrough: The 17 Ultra features the world’s first Leica APO (apochromatic)-certified mobile telephoto lens, promising reduced chromatic aberration and superior color accuracy. The camera system also includes a 1-inch “Light and Shadow Master” main sensor with LOFIC technology for enhanced low-light dynamic range, plus a teased 200MP periscope telephoto lens (details on sensor configuration remain partially unconfirmed).

A Leica Edition with exclusive touches (including a rumored physical zoom rotary ring) will launch alongside the standard model.
- Performance & Expectations: Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and running HyperOS 3, the device is expected to start below CNY 6,999 (≈ ₹89,500) in China, with global and India launches planned for Q1 2026.
