Serenity Forge and Team Salvato have launched Doki Doki Literature Club for free on Android and iOS devices. It is now available to download from the Google Play Store and App Store with a download size of more than 1GB. However, the complete base game requires closer to 3GB of storage, and this full content is available as paid DDLC Plus for $9.99.
To celebrate the launch, there are new animated stickers and emotes that can be downloaded for free from the DDLC website for use in chats. A mobile accessories bundle is also available and can be purchased for $39.99 on their official website.

DDLC is a psychological horror game that initially poses as a cute dating simulator with four female club members: Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, and president Monika. While the game starts with light romance and interactions, it quickly shifts to dark psychological horror, featuring depictions of mental health issues (depression, self-harm) and suicide that are unsuitable for children.

The DDLC Plus (paid content) includes six new side stories, 100+ unlockable images, 26 total music tracks, and 13 new unlockable songs:
- 6 new side stories about friendship and literature, totaling hours of new content
- 100+ unlockable images including new game art, wallpapers, and never-before-seen concept sketches
- 26 total music tracks, including 13 all-new songs by Nikki Kaelar (plus special guests Jason Hayes and Azuria Sky)
- A built-in music player to create custom playlists or loop tracks
DDLC (and its Plus expansion, which adds new side stories, art, and music that deepen the characters’ backstories while preserving the core horror narrative) stand as a bold, innovative title that blurs the line between game and reality.
However, it is critical to emphasize that this game is not suitable for children or anyone easily disturbed. Its unflinching depictions of mental health crises, self-harm, and suicide require mature judgment to engage with responsibly. For those who may be affected by these themes, local mental health support is available through “Find a Helpline” official website at findahelpline.com.
