    GCash, operated by G-Xchange Inc. (GXI), has announced a 1-hour system maintenance period on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

    The report was posted on their official Facebook page today and stated:

    “GCash Advisory here!

    The GCash app will be taking a break to make way for system maintenance on Wednesday, Feb 12, from 12 AM to 1 AM.

    Please plan your transactions ahead to avoid any inconvenience.

    Thank you.“

    To avoid inconvenience, the company has posted an advisory to users, although specific details about the system updates have not been disclosed.

    GCash is a popular mobile wallet and financial service in the Philippines, providing a convenient and secure platform for managing finances digitally. Its services include sending and receiving money, paying bills, online shopping, mobile phone loading, and cash-in/cash-out options at various partner locations. This makes it a widely adopted method for everyday transactions across the country.
