Honor has unveiled two new premium midrange devices, the Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro. According to reports, the Honor 200 series was officially launched in China just yesterday, on May 27, 2024, with the global launch of the phone set to take place next month.
Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro Features
The Honor 200 and the Pro variant of the phone have a similar design from the camera module at the back, but the base variant has a punch-hole on the front panel, while the Pro variant features a dual camera setup.
Both devices boast a triple camera setup with a 50MP OIS main sensor, 12MP Ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens. The Honor 200 is equipped with a Sony IMX906 sensor, while the Honor 200 Pro features an Omnivision (OV50H) sensor. Both devices feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and up to 4000 nits peak brightness.
Under the hood, the Honor 200 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Honor 200 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Both devices come with 12GB to 16GB of RAM and 256GB to 512GB of internal storage. They both run on Android 14 with MagicOS 8.0 on top.
Additionally, both phones have the same battery capacity of 5200mAh with 100W fast charging. The Honor 200 Pro supports 66W wireless charging, while the base variant does not. They also feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner, a 5029mm² heat dissipation unit, dual speakers, an IR blaster, and NFC connectivity.

Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro Price and Availability
The Honor 200 series is available for pre-order on their official website. The open sale of the phone will start on May 31, 2024, in China. The starting price of the Honor 200 is CNY 2,499 for the 8GB/256GB variant, while the Honor 200 Pro starts at CNY 3,499 for the 12GB/256GB variant.
