Honor has officially launched two new smartphones in Malaysia, the Honor 400 and 400 Pro. The event was held on the Honor Malaysia YouTube channel via live stream, and pre-orders are available from May 22 to May 29, 2025.
Honor 400, Honor 400 Pro Details
Both are equipped with an upgraded 200MP main camera with OIS and featuring next-gen AI imaging. They also both have a 12MP ultra-wide lens, while the Pro model has an added 50MP Sony IMX856 telephoto camera with up to 3X zoom. They have the same 50MP selfie shooter.
Under the hood, the vanilla model uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, while the Pro model is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Both devices are paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
These two new devices sport a premium-looking design with an iconic multi-angle layout camera bump in a flat-frame back panel. They are available in Desert Gold, Tidal Blue, Lunar Grey, and Midnight Black colorways.
For the display, both pack an AMOLED panel with a 1.5K screen resolution and up to a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The vanilla model sports a smaller 6.55″ screen, while the Pro model has a slightly bigger 6.7″ screen; both light up to 5,000 nits brightness.
Both phones are fueled by a massive 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging for the base model, while the Pro features 100W fast charging and added 50W wireless charging.
These phones are running on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 on top. The brand said it supports up to 6 years of OS updates.
Other features include IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, and AI features such as AI image to video, AI remove reflection, and more.
The Honor 400 series is now available for pre-order in Honor Malaysia starting May 22 -29th, 2025. The price of Honor 400 starts at RM 1,899 (about ₱24,799), and the Honor Pro starts at RM 2,699 (₱35,299).
