Infinix has recently announced its latest affordable device, the HOT 40, in the Philippines. The HOT 40 is an entry-level smartphone that boasts a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Helio G88 processor, 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage.
The HOT 40 also features a 50MP main camera with a 2MP macro lens and an auxiliary lens, as well as a 32MP selfie camera with a dual-LED flash. The device runs on Android 13 with the XOS 13.5 interface, and is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging and reverse wired charging.
The HOT 40 comes in four color options: Palm Blue, Horizon Gold, Starlit Black, and Starfall Green. The device is priced at PHP 4,499 for the 6GB/128GB variant and PHP 5,699 for the 8GB/256GB variant. The HOT 40 is available online via Shopee and Lazada, and offline via Infinix authorized stores nationwide.
The HOT 40 is part of the Infinix HOT 40 series, which also includes the HOT 40i, a budget-friendly version that has a 6.56-inch HD+ display, a Unisoc T606 processor, 4GB or 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. The HOT 40i has a 50MP main camera with an AI lens, and a 32MP selfie camera. The HOT 40i is priced at PHP 3,699 for the 128GB variant and PHP 4,199 for the 256GB variant.
