iQOO has introduced the iQOO Pad 5e in China, featuring a 12.1-inch LCD with a resolution of 2800×1968 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display offers 900 nits of peak brightness and hardware-level DC dimming for eye comfort.
Internally, the tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and either UFS 3.1 (128GB model) or UFS 4.1 (256GB and 512GB models) storage. For photography, it includes a 5MP front camera (GalaxyCore GC05A2) and an 8MP rear camera (GalaxyCore GC08A8).
The iQOO Pad 5e houses a 10,000mAh battery supporting 44W fast charging. It runs OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 and features quad speakers and a 32,200mm² superconducting graphite cooling system. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB 2.0.
The tablet comes in two thickness variants: 6.62mm (Standard) and 6.69mm (Soft Light Edition), weighing 584g and 591g, respectively.
