Key Features and Specifications

The Lava Storm Play sports a 6.75-inch LCD HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch design. The high refresh rate ensures smoother scrolling and gaming, while the HD+ resolution (720×1600 pixels) caters to media consumption at an accessible price point.

At its core lies the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 6nm chipset, delivering an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 500,000. Paired with 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM (expandable via 6GB virtual RAM) and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, the Storm Play offers seamless multitasking and faster app load times—a rarity in its price segment.

The dual-camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX752 primary sensor and a 2MP depth lens, promising enhanced low-light photography. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The device runs on a near-stock Android 15 out-of-the-box, with Lava committing to one major OS upgrade and two years of security updates.
