Nintendo is rolling out a new limited-time offer that pairs its latest console with two of Mario’s most celebrated space adventures. From April 12 to May 9, buyers can save $20 when purchasing the Nintendo Switch 2 together with Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 at participating retailers.
The promotion will be available through major outlets including Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart, both online and in select stores.
The bundle arrives alongside growing excitement around Mario content this April, following the theatrical release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Nintendo is positioning the deal as a way for players to continue the experience at home with updated versions of the classic titles.
A free update allows both games to run on the Switch 2 with technical and gameplay enhancements. These include 4K resolution support, an improved user interface, additional Storybook Chapters, and a new Assist Mode aimed at making gameplay more accessible. The update also introduces Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, enabling a second player to participate more actively.
Originally released on the Wii, both titles are widely regarded as standout entries in the franchise. In Super Mario Galaxy, Mario travels across the cosmos to recover stolen Power Stars with the help of Rosalina. Its sequel expands on the formula, adding Yoshi as a companion and introducing new mechanics aboard a starship shaped like Mario’s head.
The Nintendo Switch 2 is priced at $449.99, while the combined Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 package is set at $69.99. The $20 discount applies when both are purchased together during the promotional period.
The offer ends May 9, giving fans a limited window to pick up the upgraded console and revisit two of Mario’s most iconic adventures.
