The OnePlus 13T has officially launched in China (April 24, 2025, Friday). The phone is now available to pre-order via Oppo Shop with a starting price of CNY 3,399. The OnePlus 13T is a compact high-end smartphone featuring a powerful SoC and premium specifications.
OnePlus 13T Compact Phone with Beast Inside
The OnePlus 13T is a premium-tier compact phone with a 6.32-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED screen with 1.5K (2640 x 1216) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It uses Oppo’s Crystal Shield Glass protection for screen durability and features an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.
It comes with an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, a premium-looking metal cube design, and a golden-R angle for a comfortable grip. The dimensions measure 150.81mm x 71.70mm x 8.15mm, weighs about 185 grams, and comes in Morning Mist Gray, Heart-pounding Pink, and Cloudy Ink Black colorways.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite octa-core processor paired with an Adreno 830 GPU. The memory options include 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB up to 1TB of storage. The operating system runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 with AI features.
For cameras, it uses a 50MP f/1.8 Sony IMX906 OIS main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom up to 20x digital zoom. On the front, it houses a punch-hole 16MP f/2.4 selfie shooter with a 24mm focal length.
For the battery, it uses an X24 silicon-carbon negative electrode battery material with a 6,260 mAh capacity and supports 80W flash charge with a bypass charging feature. Other key features include Oppo’s self-developed “Gaming Wi-Fi Chip G1” that can penetrate walls and long distances, even in dead spots, to maintain strong network connections.
