Oppo has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of the Oppo K12 Plus in China. This new mid-range device boasts a compelling combination of features, including a high refresh rate display, a powerful processor, and a large battery with fast charging capabilities.
Oppo K12 Plus Features
The Oppo K12 Plus features a mid-tier Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, up to 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. It runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14.
The K12 Plus boasts a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (2412 × 1080 pixels, 394 PPI) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,100 nits peak brightness. It features a triple camera system on the rear, including a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP selfie camera.
The phone is powered by a 6,400mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. Other features include an X-axis motor for 4D vibration in games, dual speakers, NFC, an IR blaster, an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP54 rating, and 5G connectivity.
Price and Availability
The Oppo K12 Plus is available in snow peak white and black basalt colors with three memory options: 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB. The phone is priced at CNY1,899, CNY2,099, and CNY2,499, respectively, for the different memory configurations. Pre-orders are open in China through Oppo’s official website, with sales starting on October 15.
While the Oppo K12 Plus has been launched in China and is set to go on sale there on October 15th, the company has not yet announced any plans for its availability in other countries, including the Philippines. As of now, there is no official information regarding a launch date or pricing for the K12 Plus in the Philippines.
