Oppo has announced the global launch of its vanilla Oppo Reno 14 5G model, starting in Japan. According to a post on X (formerly Twitter), the device will debut on July 17, 2025, with a starting price of ¥79,800 (tax included), roughly equivalent to ₱31,200 in Philippine pesos. Notably, the Reno 14 Pro model has not been confirmed for inclusion in the launch event.
Oppo Reno 14 5G Global Variant
The Oppo Reno 14 5G was first launched in China on May 15, 2025, featuring several upgrades over its predecessor. The phone boasts a 6.59-inch LTPS AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset paired with a Mali-G615 MP6 GPU. The device offers 12GB or 16GB of RAM and starts with 256GB of storage, expandable up to 1TB.
Key highlights include an IP69 rating for dust/water resistance, MIL-STD-810H certification for durability, a triple AI camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor, and a 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery for extended usage.
The phone is now listed on Oppo’s Japanese website and will be available starting July 17, 2025. While its availability in the Philippines remains unconfirmed, the global rollout suggests a potential launch in the region soon.
