Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new lineup of smartphones in China soon. One of them is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, which has been certified by the FCC. The same device will also be available in different markets under different names: the POCO M6 Pro 4G and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G. The original model is expected to have rebranded versions as the Poco M6 Pro 4G.
The FCC documents reveal some of the key specifications of the POCO M6 Pro 4G and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G. Both devices will run MIUI 14 out of the box and support NFC connectivity. The POCO M6 Pro 4G will have a 64MP main camera with OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G will have a 200MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
The FCC certification does not reveal other details such as the display size, battery capacity, or processor. However, we can guess based on the Chinese variants of the Redmi Note 13 series. The POCO M6 Pro 4G could have a 6.79-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4G chipset, a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G could have similar specifications, except for the camera configuration. However, I saw a post on Twitter that the possible chipset of the redmi note 13 pro 4G is Mediatek Helio G99.
We don’t know when Xiaomi will launch the POCO M6 Pro 4G and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G globally, but the FCC certification suggests that it could happen soon. Xiaomi has already launched the POCO M6 Pro 5G in India in August, which is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 5G. The POCO M6 Pro 4G could be another variant of the same device with a different camera setup. The Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G could also launch in India as a successor to the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G, which was released in April 11 this year.
