Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 Leaks

According to leaks, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 has a model number SM8850, as shared by reliable leakers on X.

Rumors also suggest that the chip leverages a 3nm TSMC N3P process and may ship with the same CPU cluster as the Snapdragon 8 Elite, but with higher clock speeds, along with SME support to boost single-core and multi-core performance.

The chipset is rumored to feature a frequency boost, delivering a minimum 20% performance increase compared to the Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Other potential upgrades of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 might incorporate advancements such as enhanced AI capabilities, improved graphics performance, and new connectivity features.

However, specific details regarding this chip remain unavailable. Given that the leaked specifications are unconfirmed, it is important to take this information with a grain of salt until further updates are released.
