Realme 13 Plus 5G Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy, 50MP Sony LYT-600 and 80W Fast Charging

Realme has officially launched the Realme 13 Plus 5G in India alongside the base model, the Realme 13 5G. The Realme 13 Plus is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy octa-core processor, while the base model is powered by the Dimensity 6300. Both offer a starting 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with options up to 256GB and 512GB of storage.

The phone sports a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Realme 13 Plus 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy.

The phone also features a GT mode for gaming, borrowed from the Realme GT flagship phone, to enhance gaming performance with up to 90fps. It is also packed with a 6050mm² stainless steel VC to maintain the phone’s temperature.

For the camera, the phone houses a 50MP Sony LYT-600 with OIS alongside a 2MP mono sensor at the back panel. On the selfie camera, it has a 16MP shooter.

The phone runs on Android 14 with Realme UI on top, and the company promises that the phone will offer two years of OS updates and three years of security patches.

Additionally, the battery comes with a 5,000mAh capacity with 80W fast charging. It also features an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. The company also confirmed that the phone received a TÜV SÜD for mobile gaming certification.

Introductory offers for customers include cashback up to Rs 1,500 on select bank cards. Customers pre-booking the smartphone will receive six-month screen damage protection at no additional cost.

On the other hand, the base model Realme 13 5G offers a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. However, it is downgraded to the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB up to 256GB of internal storage. The company said both models feature dynamic RAM up to 28GB of memory.

For the camera, it is similar to the Plus model, with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 with OIS. On the front, it also houses a 16MP selfie shooter. The phone runs on Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 on top, with OS updates up to two years and three years of security patches.

Other features include a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, 2249mm² stainless steel VC, IP64 rating, and GT mode for gaming.

Additionally, alongside the Realme 13 series, the company also released the Realme Buds T01 wireless earbuds, priced at Rs 1,299.
