Realme has started teasing the upcoming Realme 16 Pro series, including the Pro+ models. Glimpses of the key features of the phones are now live on the event’s static page on their official website.

According to the brand, the design of the 16 series marks the return of the collaboration with Naoto Fukusawa. To recall, he designed the most iconic phones from 2019, 2020, and 2021 that won awards during those times.

The brand also claims the camera features a “Master Portrait” mode that can capture 1X to 10X without compromising clarity and detail. The devices are also running on Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16, and offer 3 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches.

The devices will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset, but the brand hasn’t mentioned what chipset model to use — it only stated that it is more powerful than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. However, early TENNA certification appeared last November, listing a 2.5GHz SoC with a 7,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging.

Aside from that, there are no further details about its full specifications. The brand will be revealing more details soon, including its official design and features. Lastly, the phone is slated to launch in early January 2026.
