After the successful launch of the original Realme GT 7 Pro in November 4, 2024 in China, Realme has confirmed the addition of the “Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition” in China. The report says it will launch on February 13, 2025, according to a post on Weibo by the Realme official account.

A Realme Phone Weibo post announces the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition launch on February 13th at 10:00 AM. The post highlights the phone's high performance and features images of the phone in two color variants: Star Trail Titanium and Neptune Exploration. The post also includes a contest encouraging users to repost and comment to win a new phone.

Based on Realme’s post, they claim to be brave enough to fight for top performance and confidently present their creation as a pure-blooded performance flagship competing at the top.

The company has also revealed a color scheme variant and design of the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition on Weibo. The phone comes in “Star Trail Titanium Edition,” a minimalistic gray/black color, and “Neptune Exploration Edition” with a blue gradient back panel.

“Star Trail Titanium” is a low-key and restrained titanium color that restores the high-end texture of titanium metal.”

A promotional image showcases the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition smartphone in its "Star Trail Titanium" color variant. The phone, subtly levitating above a dark, rocky surface, displays a brushed metal back with the Realme logo. The camera module is prominently featured, and the Chinese text above indicates the phone's name and model. The overall aesthetic is sleek, dark, and technologically advanced.

Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition Features

The phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor, the new 3nm flagship chip from Qualcomm released last year. It has an Adreno™ 830 @1100MHz GPU for graphics processing in terms of gaming performance.

The original Realme GT 7 Pro has triple rear cameras, while the new Racing Edition appears to have only two cameras based on the revealed Weibo pictures. We expect it to house a 50MP Sony IMX896 camera, but the secondary camera’s function—whether ultra-wide or macro lens—is uncertain. On the front, expected to houses a punch-hole 16MP selfie shooter.

For the battery, rumors suggest a massive 6,500mAh capacity paired with 120W super-fast charging, the same as the original GT 7 Pro. As usual, it runs on Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0, dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, IR Blaster, and Bluetooth 5.4.

This is what we know so far! However, it’s important to note that these speculations are based on reliable leakers and glimpses from the official Realme Weibo post. For more official details, we can wait for the official launch of the Realme GT 7 Pro on February 13th, 2025, at 10:00 in China.
