Previously, leaked designs and images of the Realme Neo 8 had been confirmed by the brand. After that, the phone was spotted on Geekbench under model number RMX8899. The device got impressive performance scores that position it as a serious player in the “flagship killer” space. It hit a Single-core score of 2,701 and Multi-core score of 8,923.

Realme hasn’t confirmed anything official yet about its specs, but there’s plenty of talk about a phone built for long battery life and high-speed gaming. Early leaks say the Neo 8 could pack a massive 8,000mAh battery way bigger than most midrange on the market right now plus 80W wired fast charging. The handset’s also rumored to use LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and the Adreno 829 GPU, all running on Android 16.
The leaked specs also suggest the phone will stand out visually, with a 6.78-inch 1.5K Samsung AMOLED display boasting a 165Hz refresh rate. It’s expected to feature a premium metal chassis with IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance ratings. For security, a 3D Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner is rumored—typically quicker and more dependable than standard optical options.
