The Redmi Turbo 5 Pro has been spotted in China’s 3C Certification with model number 2602BRT18C. According to the listing, the device supports 100W charging speed, which is faster than the 90W of its predecessor.

As per a report by Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the phone adopts a “dual cup” dual-cell silicon-carbon battery. This enables faster charging while maintaining better thermal control and battery safety. In a previous report, the phone is set to launch in late January or early February before the Spring Festival in China.

Meanwhile, various reports on X suggest the base model will use the uppcoming Dimensity 8500 chip and is speculated to start at CNY 1,999, while the Turbo 5 Pro will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500E and start at CNY 2,499. Additionally, rumors suggest it will be rebadged as the POCO X8 Pro and POCO X8 Pro Max for its global variant.

With these early certifications, the Redmi Turbo 5 series is expected to be powerful flagship-level devices in the midrange segment. Full specifications for each model are expected to surface in the coming weeks.
