Samsung may be planning to launch its next-generation budget smartphone, the Galaxy A25 5G, which could offer a premium design and decent performance. The phone has been allegedly leaked in renders that look like official images, revealing its design and color options.
According to the renders, the Galaxy A25 5G could have a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a U-shaped notch for the selfie camera. The phone could have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. The back panel could feature a textured pattern that gives the phone a unique look. The phone could also have a triple rear camera setup, which is rumored to include a 50 MP primary sensor.
The Galaxy A25 5G rumored to be powered by the Exynos 1280 processor, which is a 5nm chip with two Cortex-A78 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores. The phone could have up to 8 GB of RAM and could run on Android 14 with One UI 6 out of the box. The phone could also have a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
The phone could come in four color options: black, light blue, lime green, and blue-grey. The phone is expected to be launched soon, but the exact date and price are not known yet. The phone could be a successor to the Galaxy A24, which was launched in April this year.
