The Oppo Pad 5 features a 12.1-inch LCD display with 144Hz refreshrate, powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and running ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. The camera uses an 8MP main camera and a 8MP front camera. Powering the device is a massive 10,420mah battery with 67W wired ultra charge.

The Oppo Pad 5 was launched on October 16th, 2025 in China with a suggested retail price of CNY 2,599. The phone will soon be available in the Philippines via Lazada and Shopee. Full specifications are listed below.
