TCL launched its new tablet, the TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus, at MWC2025 at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain, along with the NXTPAPER 4.0 display. This new tablet was designed for eye comfort and a natural reading experience similar to paper. To recall, the TCL NXTPAPER 4.0 was unveiled at CES2025 in january and is now at MWC2025, showcasing their new innovations and other products.

TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus with Paper-Like Display
One of the main highlights of the new TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus tablet is its NXTPAPER 4.0 display panel, which has a full-color e-ink display with a unique technology called nano-matrix lithography. This technology provides a paper-like viewing experience, making it ideal for reading and reducing eye strain. It prioritizes eye comfort and a natural reading experience similar to paper.
However, it’s important to note that TCL NXTPAPER 4.0 is not the same as traditional e-ink displays found in dedicated e-readers. It offers a full-color experience with better color accuracy and a higher refresh rate, allowing for multimedia consumption.
The tablet sports an 11.5″ screen display with 2.2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, an 87% screen-to-body ratio, and a 100% sRGB color gamut. It also features an NXTPAPER matte surface for anti-reflectivity at any angle. The display has three eye-friendly UI modes: Regular Mode, Ink Paper Mode, and Color Paper Mode.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 2.2 GHz MediaTek Helio G100 octa-core processor. It has 12GB of RAM + 8GB extended RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is running on Android 15 and features AI assistants such as Smart Voice Memo, Writing Assistant, Text Assist, Smart Translator, and Realtime Subtitle.
For the battery, it packs an 8,000 mAh capacity and is paired with 33W PD fast charging. Other features mentioned include quad speakers tuned by DTS with up to 200% volume, a stylus pen, an IP54 rating, and multiple certifications like TÜV Rheinland.
