Tecno has teased the Pova 7 Ultra for its global launch. The company, Tecno Mobile, shared promotional videos on X (formerly Twitter) showcasing dynamic lighting effects around its triple-camera setup. Ahead of its launch, Tecno also revealed key features of this upcoming gaming phone. The tentative launch date is rumored to be June 25th, 2025, with availability via Flipkart.
Key Features and Specifications
The Tecno Pova 7 Ultra sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate AI processor—the same chipset used in the Infinix GT 30 Pro, positioning it as a strong contender in the budget gaming phone market.
The phone features an aesthetic Interstellar spaceship-inspired design, highlighted by LED lights around its triangular-shaped camera island and geometric patterns. Based on teasers, it may launch in white and black color options.
For photography, it boasts a 108MP AI main camera, accompanied by two additional sensors and an LED flash. Running on Android 15 with HiOS customization, the device includes 12GB of RAM plus an additional 12GB of extended RAM. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB variants.
A 6,000mAh battery supports 70W ultra-fast wired charging and 30W wireless charging. Other features include an X-axis linear motor, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and a Hyper Cooling System for efficient heat dissipation.
