Huawei Nova Flip officially launched with Hisilicon Kirin 8000 chipset, featuring a unique dual-screen design that promises an immersive experience for users. The launch on August 5th, 2024, at a live event on Bilibili, promoted by TFBoys’ Jackson Yee.

The device boasts a 6.9-inch LTPO FHD+ OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it sports a secondary 2.14-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 480×480 and a 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Huawei Nova Flip is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 8000 chipset built on the 7nm SMIC process, clocked at 2.4GHz. It is equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The device features an octa-core configuration, including 1 x 2.4GHz Cortex-A77 core, 3x 2.19GHz Cortex-A77 cores, and 4x 1.84GHz Cortex A55 cores, providing a balance of power and efficiency.
For the camera, the phone has a 50MP main sensor with RYBB (1/1.56″) and 8MP Ultra-wide alongside the Macro lens, while on the front is a 32MP selfie shooter.
Additionally, the Huawei Nova Flip phone has a 4,400mAh battery capacity supporting 66W fast charging. It is available in four color options: New Green, Sakura Pink, Zero White, and Starry Black. However, the price has three configurations with a starting price of CNY 5,288 for the 8GB/256GB variant or approximately (PHP46,000) in philipine peso.
