Unisoc has launched a new 6nm chipset for midrange phones, the Unisoc T8300, which is the successor to the T8200. The company shared this report on its official X account, highlighting improvements in CPU, gaming efficiency, camera processing, and display features.
Unisoc T8300 Specs and Features
The chipset is crafted using TSMC’s 6nm advance EUV process, featuring an upgraded architecture from its predecessor. The chip has a dual-performance Cortex-A78 core clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. This configuration balances power and energy efficiency during demanding tasks. The GPU remains a Mali-G57 MC4, but it features Unisoc’s Miracle Gaming Engine to enhance gaming experiences with up to 90Hz stable frame rates.
- 2x Cortex-A78 at 2.2GHz
- 6x Cortex-A55 at 2.0GHz
- Arm Mali-G57 MC4
- UFS 2.2
- LPDDR4X

According to the company, the chip achieved an impressive AnTuTu Benchmark score of over 510,000 points. The GPU offers 80% lower game network latency and 70% faster touch response.
For imaging, the Unisoc T8300 features a 7th-generation ViviMagic Engine to enhance image quality and includes hardware multi-frame and temporal noise reduction. The chip supports up to a 108MP main camera, allowing for detailed images and video recording. It supports real-time HDR for clearer and more dynamic visuals. AI processing is improved by up to 28%, and overall performance is enhanced by up to 51%.

The company collaborated with Tencent Games GVoice to offer seamless voice chat and spatial audio for precise sound positioning. The audio support delivers high-fidelity sound with HiFi 4 DSP and supports noise reduction and echo suppression for an extraordinary listening experience. Additionally, it supports smart voice wake-up, voice-print recognition, smart call answering, and voice-controlled photography.
Other features include support for FHD+ high-definition displays with vivid color details. The Unisoc T8300 integrates 5G NR NTN satellite and 5G NR Broadcast, enabling seamless connectivity in remote areas, using the 3GPP R17 standard.

Unisoc also shared that the Unisoc T8300 is used in the Nubia Neo 3 5G, a device with a unique mecha design recently unveiled at MWC2025 in Barcelona, Spain.
