The Vivo Watch 5 launched on April 21, 2025, in China alongside the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s smartphones. This device is expected to arrive in other regions, including the Philippines. The price starts at CNY 799 (roughly PHP 6,100) for the silicon strap model, while the leather variant costs CNY 999 (roughly PHP 7,900).

The device sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466×466 screen resolution and supports Always-On Display.

It runs on BlueOS 2.0 with AI features and more than 100 preset workout modes. Several health and wellness features are included, including heart rate monitoring and sleep cycle tracking.

It also features oxygen saturation, sleep, and stress monitoring. It tracks other heart health elements, helps detect irregularities and menstrual cycles, and supports guided breathing exercises.

The battery packs a 505mAh capacity, lasting up to 22 days of continuous usage on a single charge, or up to 11 days with heavy usage.

Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, Beidou, and NFC for payments. An in-built microphone for calls and a 5ATM water resistance rating are also included.
