Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X200 series, introducing three new flagship smartphones: the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and Vivo X200 Pro mini. The standard model, the Vivo X200, takes center stage with its impressive performance and advanced camera capabilities.
Vivo X200 Series Features
The Vivo X200 boasts a stunning 6.67-inch 8T LTPS AMOLED display with a 2800 x 1260 resolution at 460 ppi and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also features high-frequency PWM dimming up to 2160Hz and up to 4500 nits peak brightness.
The phone’s design combines a sleek metal and glass body with a subtle quad-curved screen, offering a balance between aesthetics and practicality. The phone also features an IP68 and IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
At the heart of the Vivo X200 lies the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. This powerful processor features an “All Big Core” design, utilizing only high-performance cores for enhanced speed and efficiency. The flagship Arm Cortex-X925 core operates at a blazing 3.62 GHz, delivering up to 35% faster performance for single tasks and 28% faster performance for multi-tasking compared to its predecessor, the Dimensity 9300. It’s paired with Blue Crystal chip technology to make it more mature and powerful.
Photography enthusiasts will be delighted with the Vivo X200’s triple 50-megapixel camera system. The main camera, equipped with Zeiss optics and an f/1.57 aperture, excels in low-light conditions. It’s complemented by an ultrawide camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. On the front, there’s a punch-hole housing a 32MP f/2.0 selfie shooter.
The Vivo X200 has a substantial 5,800mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging. The phone also features an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.
Software-wise, the Vivo X200 runs on OriginOS 5 in China and Funtouch 15 OS based on Android 15 globally. The device offers a range of RAM and storage options, from 12GB to 16GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB (UFS 4.0) of storage.
