Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X200 Ultra and the Vivo X200s in China, introducing a premium flagship device to the market. These devices are now available for purchase in China, with a starting price of CNY 6,499. An optional photography kit is also offered for an additional CNY 699.
Vivo X200 Ultra
The device features a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution at 510 ppi, a 120Hz refresh rate, and covered by armored glass protection. It also features an OLED circularly polarize light with 2160Hz high frequency PWM dimming for eye protection. The phone has a thickness about 8.69mm and weigh about 229 grams.
Powering the phone is a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor coupled with an Adreno GPU. Memory options include 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 15 and is available in Black, White, Green, and Lavender Purple.
The camera system includes a 50MP Sony LYT-818 OIS main sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-818 ultrawide sensor with a 1/1.28-inch sensor size, and a 200MP Samsung HP9 85mm ZEISS APO super telephoto camera with super light prism technology. The front features a 50MP OIS selfie shooter. It also features dual imaging chips, the VS1 and V3+, to enhance imaging quality and enable 4K 60fps 10-bit Log recording, 4K 120fps slow-motion video, and the first 4K time-lapse capability.
Aside from that, the company also added optional features: a 2.35x telephoto teleconverter kit and a professional imaging kit featuring a 200mm f/2.3 aperture lens with Kepler optical design and 13 high-transmittance glass elements. The photographer’s kit also includes an improved handle, shutter button, and zoom controls, a 67mm filter adapter ring, and a 2300mAh battery.
Other key features include a massive 6000mAh battery with 90W USB Type-C wired fast charging, 40W wireless charging, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. A 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an X-axis linear motor for haptics are also included.

Price and Availability
The Vivo X200 Ultra starts at CNY 6,499 (12GB/256GB) and will be available in four storage variants: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, 16GB/1TB, and 16GB/1TB with the photography kit. The phone is now available for pre-order and will go on sale on April 29th, 2025 (Tuesday), in China. However, the availability in other regions has yet to be announced.
