Vivo launches the Vivo X200s 5G in China alongside the flagship-tier Vivo X200 Ultra. The Vivo X200s 5G is now available for pre-order and is scheduled to go on sale on April 25th, 2025, while the X200 Ultra will go on sale on April 29th, 2025.
Vivo X200s 5G (China) Features
The phone sports a 6.67-inch BOE AMOLED display with 1.5K (2800 x 1260) resolution at 460 ppi, a 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, coupled with the Mali-G925 Immortalis MP12 GPU. Memory options include 12GB/16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 15 with Origin OS 15 on top and comes in purple, green, white, and black colorways.
For cameras, it uses a 50MP Sony IMX921 main shooter with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope sensor with OIS. The phone also uses ZEISS T* coating and is equipped with a Vivo V2 self-developed imaging chip.
For the battery, it packs a 6,200mAh “blue ocean” battery, utilizing third-generation silicon anode technology, coupled with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
Other key features include a 3D ultrasonic single-point fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. An Icefield liquid cooling system and an X-axis linear motor for haptics are also included.
Price and Availability
The Vivo X200s 5G starting price is CNY 4,199 (12GB/256GB) and will be available in five storage variants. The phone is now available for pre-order and will go on sale via Vivo Store starting April 25th, 2025 (Friday) in China. However, availability in other regions has yet to be announced.
