Vivo’s upcoming X300 5G has surfaced in a detailed leak from trusted tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, showcasing specifications that potentially compete in mobile photography and powerful performance. The smartphone’s reported hardware upgrades—particularly its 200MP primary camera and periscope telephoto lens—are notable.

The X300 5G’s triple-camera system is headlined by a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The setup also includes a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, which is expected to improve portrait and macro photography while maintaining a slim device profile. Completing the array is a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultra-wide sensor.
Vivo’s collaboration with Zeiss continues, with the X300 featuring Zeiss T* lens coating. The device will also leverage Vivo’s proprietary V3+ imaging chip, which enhances real-time photo and video processing, including 4K cinematic mode and advanced night photography algorithms.

The phone is rumored to feature a 6.31-inch flat BOE Q10+ OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution (2,772 x 1,240 pixels) and a dynamic 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is said to utilize LIPO (Low-Injection Pressure Overmolding) technology to achieve symmetrical, ultra-thin bezels. Powering the device is MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity 9500 chipset, built on TSMC’s 3nm process.

While the battery capacity has not been mentioned, Vivo appears to prioritize endurance, with rumors suggesting it houses a massive 6,100mAh or 6,200mAh battery, though this is yet to be confirmed. The device is also said to support 90W wired charging and wireless charging capabilities.
Other notable upgrades mentioned include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and a USB-C 3.2 port for high-speed data transfers. While Vivo has not confirmed a launch timeline, the tipster said it is set to launch on October 13, 2025, in China, while the global launch is expected later this year.
