Vivo is likely preparing a new flagship smartphone in the X series, the Vivo X300. Rumors suggest it was spotted on GeekBench 6 with the model number V2509A, indicating that it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500.

Vivo X300 with New MediaTek Dimensity 9500
According to a post by Abhishek Yadav, a reliable tipster on X (formerly Twitter), the upcoming Vivo X300 is likely to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, scoring 2352 in single-core and 7129 in multi-core tests.
Unfortunately, this score is unimpressive and lower compared to previous leaks. However, the tipster mentioned that the scores are low because the chip is operating below its rated frequency, around 3.6GHz.

The GeekBench listing shows that the chip has a (1+3+4) configuration: 1 prime core clocked at 4.21 GHz, 3 cores at 3.50 GHz, and 4 cores at 2.70 GHz, with an Arm Mali-G770 Ultra MC12 GPU. This differs from previous rumors suggesting a 2+6 cluster, similar to the rumored Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 configuration.
Regarding the Vivo X300 series, Digital Chat Station on Weibo stated that the X300 will not include an IMX882 (1/1.95″) periscope lens. Instead, it will feature a new 1/2″, 3x prism-shaped midsole periscope, which is not L-shaped and will support telephoto macro capabilities.

Additionally, Digital Chat Station shared that the brand has filed for new iterations of the phone. The Vivo X300 series is suspected to be the large cup V2502A/V2502DA, with the latter being the Beidou satellite SMS version, expected to launch at the end of September 2025.
As of now, there are no further leaks about the full specifications of the Vivo X300 series. We will provide updates and discuss this further once more leaks emerge. Stay tuned!
