According to the listing, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with 16GB of RAM, and runs on Android 16. It achieved an impressive single-core score of 3,775 and a multi-core score of 12,029.
As a reminder, the Vivo X300 Ultra was showcased at MWC 2026 in Barcelona. Early leaks indicate it features a 200MP ZEISS Periscope Telephoto camera with Gimbal-Level Stabilization.
