The Vivo X300 Ultra has officially launched in China with a starting price of CNY 6,999 (approximately ₱61,499). It is available in four storage variants and comes in Green, Silver, and Black color options.

To recall, this phone was showcased at MWC 2026 in Barcelona. Before its official launch, camera specifications had been circulating on Weibo, and the device also appeared in Geekbench listings.

One of the main features of the phone is marketed towards professional photography, featuring a 200MP Sony LYT-901 OIS main camera and a 200MP Samsung HP0 periscope lens. It also supports a professional photography kit, which is sold separately.

Powering the device is a massive 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and support for 40W wireless charging. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The display features a 6.82-inch BOE Q10+ OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 2K (3168 × 1440) resolution. Other features include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, NFC, IR Blaster, and satellite connectivity (available only on the 1TB storage variant).
