The Vivo X300 Ultra was showcased at MWC 2026 in Barcelona alongside a 400mm teleconverter kit. The phone is reportedly launching this March, together with the Vivo Pad 6 Pro and the Vivo X300 Max.

According to the brand, the device is designed for creators and is claimed to be the world’s first flagship smartphone with dual 200MP main cameras. Here is the leaked camera setup:
- 200MP Sony LYT-901 main camera
- 200MP Samsung HPB 3.5x periscope telephoto camera with continuous zoom
- 50MP Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide camera
- 5MP multispectral sensor
- 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with autofocus

On the other hand, the phone was certified by SIRIM with the model number V2547DA/V2547A. The listing indicates support for satellite communication (version) and BeiDou Satellite SMS.
The device was also spotted on China’s 3C certification website, revealing support for a 100W charger, although the battery capacity has not yet been confirmed.

Reports indicate that the Vivo X300 Ultra will see a global rollout, with expectations that it will arrive in the Philippines as well. More official details are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
