The vivo X300s has officially launched in China with a starting price of CNY 4,999 (approximately ₱43,999). The phone comes in Light Purple, Mint Green, White, and Black colorways, and is available in four storage variants, going up to 1TB.

- 12GB + 512GB: CNY 5,499 (~₱48,399 | ~Rs 75,400 | ~$800)

- 16GB + 1TB: CNY 6,999 (~₱61,499 | ~Rs 95,900 | ~$1,015)
The phone features a 200MP ZEISS OIS main camera, as previously confirmed by earlier leaks on Weibo. It also includes a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope camera with a ZEISS G2 teleconverter offering a 200mm focal length.

Inside, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It is equipped with a massive 7,100mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
The display sports a 6.78-inch BOE Q10 Plus OLED panel with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, NFC support, an IR blaster, and a USB-C Gen 3.2 port.
