    Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra launched: 14″ TCL M9 OLED Display, Xring 01, and 50MP JN1 Camera

    Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra alongside the Xiaomi 15s Pro in China. The tablet is added to the Pad 7 series that was launched earlier this year. It is now available to purchase via m.mi.com and Xiaomi’s official stores in China.

    The tablet sports a 14-inch TCL M9 OLED screen with 3200 x 2160p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 3:2 aspect ratio, up to 1600 nits peak brightness, 4800Hz PWM dimming, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

    Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Xring 01, a self-developed chip by Xiaomi. The chip has a 10-core configuration with up to 3.4GHz for the two prime cores and is paired with an Arm Immortalis-G925 MC16 GPU. It comes with 12GB to 26GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage options.

    For cameras, it houses a 50MP (Samsung JN1) rear camera and a 32MP (OmniVision OV32D, ultrawide) selfie shooter. The device runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0 on top and is fueled by a 12,000mAh silicon-carbon battery paired with 120W fast charging.

    Other features include a side-fingerprint scanner, 8 speakers, 4 mics, a Z-axis linear motor, support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C (3.2 Gen2), an IR blaster, and stylus + magnetic keyboard support.

    The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra comes in gray and light blue/silver colorways and starts at CNY 5,699 (~Rs 65,000 | ~$785) for the 12GB/256GB model. Prices for each storage variant are listed below:

    • 12GB + 256GB: CNY 5,699 (~Rs 65,000 | ~$785)
    • 12GB + 512GB: CNY 5,999 (~Rs 68,500 | ~$825)
    • 16GB + 1TB: CNY 6,799 (~Rs 77,700 | ~$935)

    Additionally, accessories are sold separately, such as the Nano light matte display version (CNY 600, ~Rs 6,850 | ~$80) and the floating keyboard (CNY 1,399, ~Rs 16,000 | ~$190).
