The Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus features a new “Light Fusion 800” camera sensor with OIS. The phone brings significant upgrades to its predecessor, including the battery, camera, and performance. The Note 14 series will be available in India starting on December 13, while availability in the Philippines is expected soon.

The phone comes with a flagship-level “Light Fusion 800” 50MP f/1.6 camera supported by OIS. Alongside the main camera is an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide and a 50MP Samsung JN1 2.5x telephoto shooter.
On the front, it houses a 20MP OV20B punch-hole selfie shooter within a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K (2712 x 1220) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, the screen lights up to 3,000 nits peak brightness and features 1920Hz PWM dimming for eye protection.
The phone also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for durability and supports an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. The dimensions measure 162.5 x 74.7 x 8.8 mm, and it comes in Phantom Purple, Spectre Blue, and Titan Black colorways.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 octa-core chipset clocked up to 2.5GHz. Memory options include 12GB/16GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
For the battery, it packs a 6200mAh capacity featuring a new silicon-carbon anode battery that lasts up to 4 years. However, it is slightly downgraded to 90W fast charging from 120W in a previous model.
For connectivity, the device supports 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IR blaster, and Xiaomi Surge T1 Chip to improves the GPS performance.
Additionally, the phone runs Android 14 with HyperOS, and other features include dual stereo speakers by Dolby Atmos, AI features, and Hydro touch.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G will be available in India starting on December 13, 2024, while Philippine availability is unconfirmed but expected soon.
