Vivo has added a new entry-level phone to its Y-series, featuring a shock-resistant build and IP64 rating for water and dust resistance. Vivo India shared the report on X yesterday, March 20, 2025, about the official launch and availability of the Vivo Y19e 4G smartphone.

The main highlights of the Vivo Y19e 4G smartphone include MIL-STD-810H certification for durability and an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance. The phone has a glossy back finish and comes in Majestic Green and Titanium Silver colorways.
The screen measures 6.74 inches, features an HD+ LCD with an adaptive 90Hz refresh rate and 1600 × 720 resolution at 260 ppi. It also features TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light technology for eye protection.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.8GHz Unisoc T7225 octa-core processor paired with Arm Mali-G57 MP1. For memory and storage, it offers only 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 14 with a FuntouchOS 14 skin.
For cameras, it sports a 13MP f/2.2 main sensor + 0.08MP f/3.0 secondary sensor, while the front features a 5MP f/2.2 teardrop selfie shooter.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 5 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM 4G network, GPS, and OTG.
The battery features a 5,500mAh BlueVolt battery supporting only 15W charging speed. The brand claims it can last up to 5 years with an 80% lifespan.
Other features include AI eraser, a loudspeaker with up to 200% volume, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an ultra-bright flashlight, and wet hand touch.

Vivo Y19e Price and Availability
The Vivo Y19e has an SRP of INR 7,999, which is about P5.3K in Philippine pesos. The phone is now available for purchase in India via the Vivo online store, Flipkart, and some retailers in the country.
