Vivo X500 Pro Launched in China with Dimensity 9600 Pro, 2K Amoled Display, and Sony LYTIA L910

Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X500 Pro. It features a 2K AMOLED display, the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chip, and a 6,150mAh battery. The phone starts at CNY 6,499 and comes in three storage variants. Color options include Echoes of the Earth, Sunny Day, Viewing the Sunset, and Night Photography.

According to the brand via Weibo, the main camera and telephoto lens on the X500 Pro use a Zeiss ultra dynamic main camera with a 1/1.28-inch extra large sensor, professional image stabilization, and premium optical modules and sensors. It also includes a Zeiss APO super telephoto lens.

Additionally, the phone is equipped with both the Vivo V3+ and VS1 dedicated imaging chips. It also features CIPA 7.0 professional grade stabilization for both the main camera and the telephoto lens.

The device has a compact 6.36-inch 2K AMOLED display with up to 6,000 nits peak brightness.

Under the hood, it runs the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, as confirmed in our earlier report. The chip uses a 2 + 3 + 3 all big core design with a maximum clock speed of 4.55GHz.

It also uses a BlueVolt silicon carbon battery and supports wireless charging.

For photography, it features the Sony LYTIA L910 main sensor as detailed in our previous report, which early rumors linked to the X500 Pro. The telephoto lens was teased by the brand ahead of launch and uses the 64MP Sony LYTIA 610 periscope sensor.

The phone is available for purchase now in China and will be officially on sale through vivo shop starting September 29, 2026. There is no confirmed date yet for global release or availability in the Philippines.
