Xiaomi has officially launched the Xiaomi 15s Pro in China. This phone is powered by its in-house Xring O1 chip, recently announced by the company. It is now available for purchase in China via the Xiaomi store, with a starting price of ¥5,499 for the 16GB/256GB storage option.

    Xiaomi 15s Pro details

Aside from the Xring O1 chip, the Xiaomi 15s Pro is the first device to feature a Huaxing M9 material developed by TCL CSOT, having an AR nano low-reflective film, which reduces reflections by 72.5% and improves visibility in direct sunlight.

The display is a 6.73-inch TCL M9 LPTO OLED micro-quad-curved screen with Xiaomi Longjing Glass 2.0. It has a 3200 × 1440p 2k resolution and an adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate. The screen reaches 3200 nits peak brightness, 1800 nits HBM brightness, and supports HDR10+, HDR Vivid, Dolby Vision, and DC dimming.

Under the hood, it is powered by the company’s first in-house flagship chip, the Xring O1, developed by Xiaomi. The Xring O1 is a 3nm TSMC node chip with a deca-core setup: 2x Cortex-X925 at 3.9 GHz, 4x A725 cores at 3.4 GHz, 2x A725 cores at 1.9 GHz, and 2x A520 cores at 1.80 GHz. The chip is paired with an Immortalis-G925 MC16 GPU.

The camera system, a collaboration with Leica, features a 50MP OmniVision Light Fusion 900 OIS main camera with 5x lossless zoom and 8K@24fps video recording. It also includes a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 ultrawide camera, a 50MP Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto camera (with OIS and 5x optical + 20x hybrid zoom), and a 32MP OmniVision OV32B40 selfie camera.

Detail of the Xiaomi 15S Pro's rear camera module, highlighting its three Leica-branded lenses: a 23mm main camera, a 120mm telephoto lens, and a 14mm ultrawide lens. The phone's carbon fiber-textured back is also visible.

The battery packs a massive 6,100mAh capacity coupled with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It uses a P3 fast charging chip and a G1 battery management chip and supports magnetic cases. A T1 and T1S signal management chip, supporting network-free communication, is also included.

Other features include Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, quad microphones, laser autofocus, and a 4053mm² wing-shaped ring cooling system.

The Xiaomi 15s Pro is currently available for purchase in China, but rumors suggest it may remain China-exclusive. Availability in other regions is unconfirmed. The phone comes in Dragon Scale fiber and Far Sky Blue colorways and starts at ¥5,499 (~Rs 63,200 | ~$770) for the 16GB+512GB variant, while the 16GB+1TB variant costs ¥5,999 (~Rs 68,900 | ~$840).
