iQOO is set to launch its new flagship gaming phone on October 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM in China, introducing the iQOO 15. Alongside the official launch, the iQOO TWS 5 earphones and lucky bag reservations for the upcoming iQOO Neo 11 will also debut.
The phone is now available for reservation, offering multiple gifts and purchase benefits upon its official launch. In addition to the China launch, the phone has also been spotted on a microsite in India, indicating its imminent release in that country as well.
iQOO 15 Features
The iQOO 15 is confirmed to feature an industry-first Warhammer MAX Dual-Axis Motor with bidirectional X & Z axis vibration. It will also include War Drum Master Pro Symmetrical Dual Speakers, delivering balanced and stable sound for an enhanced gaming experience.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s new flagship chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and features the Monster HyperCore engine. It also boasts a first self-developed Q3 gaming chip and QNSS super rendering engine. This combination delivers fully-developed ray tracing, 2K super-resolution for top games, and 2K 144FPS super-resolution with super-frame concurrency for unmatched mobile gaming performance.
The iQOO 15 also debuts the 8K VC Dome cooling system — the largest VC ever from iQOO — with a double-layer ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite. It boosts cooling performance by 47% over the previous generation, transforming your phone into a powerhouse with ultimate heat control.
Powering the device is a massive 7,000mAh single-cell BlueOcean silicon-carbon battery with 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. It also supports 55W PPS & PD Charging. Other confirmed details include a 6.85-inch 2K LEAD OLED Display and a camera setup featuring a 50MP Main + 50MP Periscope 3x, 50MP Ultrawide Rear Camera, and a 32MP selfie shooter.
